I ate sooo much yesterday and today. I hate myself for it. I feel like a failure. Why does it seem that honestly hating the way I look and being repulsive isn't enough to change? I'm losing it.

 I'm NEW. and it kinda feels good to say. I am so happy I found a community where I can relate. I don't know what to talk about, yet I have so much to say. I guess I leave much conversation up to questions, so please...ask away. 
I wanted to know if anyone could give me some great stomach exercise advice. I have a long way to go!
